Sunday and Monday...

Yeah, I'm sensing a small trend here. Sunday nights tend to be full of card game playing and what not with friends. This weeks edition? Up until 1 am playing cards o_O holy rusted metal batman! But I did take pictures

So, breakfast once again comes to you in three parts. not because I ate three different plates of foods, but because I had three plates....of french toast. Of all breakfast foods, waffles and french toast are my favorites. I will eat them literally until I'm sick...it's kind of sad...

best way to have french toast? Add orange zest, vanilla, cinnamon and/or almond extract to the eggs and milk. SO. GOOD!

And then I didn't have lunch, but here was my dinner. We had fajitas-easiest things to make. It's chicken, bell peppers, onions, salsa, can o' green onions, and cumin (and I add cholula) and then yeah, you just cook to taste. I like the peppers still a little crunchy. And then we had fresh guacamole :D and I probably grazed like...1 and 1/2 times more that amount of guac!

And then today...I did workout, but it was a rather pitiful one since I only had like, 4 hours of sleep :( But then I stayed awake to make apple cinnamon muffins cuz my sister, brother-in-law and nephews were going to be in town...so I had two plates of the following:

Seriously, same amount of eggs and muffins, twice. It was so good that I didn't eat anything until dinner....which I didn't take a picture of. I brought my camera for the sole purpose of doing so, but didn't do it...lame.

So, we went to Red Lobster for dinner. I split a chicken Caesar salad and a bowl of potatoe bacon chowder with a sister...and prolly had about 7 of the cheddar biscuits....if I hadn't done that I wouldn't feel nearly as guilty but...alas I did. so...yeah. bad, Sherre, bad! But I'm doing an epic hike in the morning so...yeah :D
